We had an incredible stay here! The view from our room was amazing! We loved looking out over the river and marina. The shuttle service was so convenient, and the fact that they reimburse you for using a cab was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating-making us feel right at home. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper was especially friendly, and we loved chatting with the always-smiling doorman. The amenities were great, and the outdoor swimming pool was a real highlight.
We highly recommend this venue to any friends or family visiting the area.

Generally, the place was reliable and had attentive and best staff in all areas. The restaurant was very nice with very fine food and service, we ordered delicious dishes. They had an easy check-in. The venue's position was riverside.

Convenient free shuttle to Vancouver airport every 20 minutes. Comfortable bed, easy access to downtown via nearby metro connection.

Best aspects were the incredibly friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and the convenient location close to the airport, perfect for a short stay before transit in a large metropolitan area. The free shuttle bus service was a plus and we enjoyed the evening snacks and simple continental breakfast in the king club lounge.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport with shuttle service, this hotel is perfect. The shuttle service was impressive and we didn't have to worry about taxi fares. The breakfast provided was delicious with a lot of options. Plus, the room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The gym facilities were a bit outdated.
