Dining room was closed. Staff gave us a choice of 2 meals that had been premade and brought in. We chose one of each and both were very tastey.

The breaker blew when I was blow drying my hair and my husband was making coffee at the same time. One 2 coffee pouches available and both were decaf. Only 1 coffee cup in room.

They provide many type of service - exquisite bar, very good wi-fi, shuttle to-and-from the hotel. It has marvellous location in Richmond just next door to the airport at 5:00 am, Richmond or Vancouver, and the outlet mall.

The breakfast served here is delicious and comes at a reasonable price, offering a wide variety of food options; the location is great, providing easy access to the Deck restaurant with a beautiful view, the seaplane terminal, and the outlet mall.

The room we stayed in was clean, had a comfortable King-sized bed, and offered beautiful views; furthermore, the location was conveniently close to a shopping mall, just a 25-minute walk away.

The location is quiet, just off the Vancouver International Airport, Skytrain to downtown and the marina, you cannot beat it. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Neptune Wonton Noodle, set within a 15-minute walk or so, liked this place.
